Super Deal on Shoes!!

Great GoodWill Finds!!

You guys know how I love a good thrift store!! Well, I happened to stop by the GoodWill today, and this is what I found. My total today was $14.00, not too bad!!

Two pairs of skinny jeans for my oldest daughter, as well as a shirt for her.  One belt for me, and three shirts and a sweater.  I also found three books, one small wooden box (upcoming project) and a purple trash can.  I do have to say, I love GoodWill, they always have really great deals!!

$1.00 Day at GW!!

Well, I made my weekly trip to the Good Will store, and guess what, it was $1.00 day (yay)!! It always amazes me, the great stuff you can find there. This is what I got:

This is probably my second most favorite find of the day.  It is a bread slicer guide.  I love to make homemade bread, but am terrible at slicing it.  The slice starts off great, but gets really fat at the bottom.  This is going to help so much!!  It was not on the dollar rack, but I only paid $1.50 for it, so I am happy.

This little thing appears to have been used as a planter at one time, but I love the colors (although you cannot really see them in the picture).   I am sure that I can find a perfect place and use for it.

These two were on the $1.00 rack.  The one on the left is a shirt, it is a size larger than I normally wear, but I plan to make it into a shrug.  The one on the right is a little dress, I think the kind that you wear leggings under.

This is absolutely my favorite find of the day.  I found them on the $1.00 rack.  They are a pair of Ann Taylor Loft capris, and they fit perfectly.  This is a rare find for me since I am a short person, I usually never find anything that fits both in length and through the waist, these do!!

So, my grand total for the day was $5.00, whoohoo!!  I love shopping at Good Will, or the G&W boutique, as we sometimes call it.

Okay, so I am so excited about all of my finds today. You all know that I LOVE to go to a yardsale. Well, this is what I found today:

2 twin size comforters

I small wall shelf
1 basket
2 large serving bowls
2 dome screens
1 small glass thing
1 cute candle holder
1 rug
1 wallet
and 1 box of corner protectors

I think I did pretty great!!  Look for projects with most of this stuff coming up soon!!

Yard Sale Score!!

Okay, you all know how much I love to go to yard sales. Well, if you go to yard sales you know that occasionally you will find a little "treasure". This was my super find of the day. A Michael Kors hand bag. I got it for $8.00!! Needless to say, I LOVE IT!!. I usually only buy vintage handbags, but I could not pass this up.

Yard Sale Saturday

It is Saturday, but I was not able to go to any yard sales today. However, we did make a quick trip to the farmers market, and this is what I got. The peaches were $5.00 and the tomatoes and potatoes together were $3.00, so the total was $8.00. Not to bad for really fresh, really tasty vegis and fruits.

Yard Sale Saturday!! I love to yard sale, and check out what I found today. The two dresses were new, I paid $2 each, one is Anne Taylor, the other is Evan Picone. The other clothes were like new. The black purse is to add to my collection, I love old handbags. I thought the baby shoes were really cute. It was a great yard sale day.

Yard Sale Saturday was okay this week, nothing very exciting. I spent $6.00 and got everything pictured. Hopefully next weekend will be better.

Yard Sale Saturday

I am so happy that I was able to go yard sailing to day, after all it is my favorite Saturday activity. I don't know if it is the actual yard sailing itself, or just being alone for a couple of hours, either way it's fun. This is what I found, and got it all for $10.00. WhooHoo!!! Oh yeah, I also got a set of valences for my kitchen, I forgot to add them in the pic.

I am a little late in posting this, but this is all about Yard Sale Saturday. I love a good yard sale, and boy did I find some Saturday. I found so many great things, but the best find would have to be the exersaucer. I have been looking for one for my daughter, but the new ones are so expensive. I had almost given up hope on finding one in good condition, but yeah I found it, and it only cost me $10.00. I also found some other cute toys and some really great clothes. All in all, it was a great yard sale day.
