Yo-Plus Review and Giveaway!!
Do you like yogurt? I must admit that it is one of my favorite snacks, and now I have one more reason to eat it. Yo-Plus has created a new flavor, Blueberry Acai. I still go back to the tried & true..drink lots of water, you will be amazed how much better you feel!
Drinking water. have a 1 qt cup with straw (eg. hospital cup) and you will be amazed at how fast you can down a few! You will feel much better, too.

I stopped buying candy, chips and ice cream. This has made a big difference. Now for a snack, we grab what's handy and that is fruit, yogurt or granola.
No more fast food for me... Our son got Salmonella from a Fast-Food Restaurant last year and the kids and I totally cut out the Fast Food .. my husband.. not so much..lol

To be more nutritious...I try to eat fruits or veggies at least 3 times a day! I've found that if I bring a baggie of carrots or broccili to work with me...I'll eat it. Now at home I may reach for something else...but when I'm at work...I eat whatever I have there...so now I bring veggies and fruit to work everyday!

My goal is to stop eating after dinner. I have a habit of snacking at the computer, so I have a no eating at the computer rule. I take the stairs at work.

Does it count if it's just because without it, (nutritional/healthy diet) you would become ill. Bascially I am allergic to alot of "stuff" so -- without watching and eating nutritionally, I get sick.
Trying to eat a more well balanced diet with lots more fruits and veges. Also walking a mile a day.
Eat more whole grain foods and get extra nutrition plus more fiber which you need to keep everything running smoothly.

We have not been to a fast food place in almost a year now! And I'm making a real effort to drink lots of water, especially just before a meal so I'm not as likely to eat so much.

Don't eat late at night and don't be discouraged if you can only start out taking baby steps. If a 10 min. walk is all then that is 10 min. you did not do yesterday.

I am trying to eat slower and enjoy my food more. By eating slower I'm finding that I do not eat as much.
Get a water filter and drink water, I have cut down on my soda intake significantly after I did that!
