Then I took some pink fabric that I found in my scrap bin and made a small ruffle and a large ruffle. I also made a ruffle out of tulle. I placed the large pink fabric ruffle on the bottom, the tulle ruffle, and then the small pink ruffle at the top.
I love the way it turned out, and my daughter does too (it is pink after all). This was super simple, and really fast. I love finding new ways to use items. These pants were adorable with the embroidered butterflies, so I just could not stand to throw them out.
