Super easy outfit!!

A couple of weeks ago I posted about a cute little dress I made out of this great fabric from the thrift store that was going out of business. Well, I had some extra fabric left over, and decided to make my oldest daughter a little outfit.

I cut the fabric, added a hem at the bottom and the top. I then folded the top over a little and added another seam. I threaded a piece of elastic through and I had my skirt all ready.

Then I took this black shirt that I no longer wear, and made a tank for her. I cut it off across the top and cut off the sleeves. I took in the sides and added straps.

Tada, this is what I ended up with. I will admit that the skirt is a little shorter than I like, so this will be paired with leggings.
I know the straps look uneven, but they are the same size, one was just a little rolled under in the picture.
