Fiber One Reveiw and Giveaway!!


I don't know about you guys, but snacks go fast in our house. My children, like most other children, love to eat. They will munch on whatever they can find!! What they find, is the key phrase. I try not to buy "junk food", because if they ever get to it, they will eat it all. Instead of unhealthy options for snack, I keep fruit and low calories snacks around. That is why I was super excited to have the chance to review the Fiber One 90 Calorie bars. They were great, and there is even a Chocolate one. I think I liked them just as much as my children!! They seemed to be the perfect size for a snack, and were surprisingly filling. Along with the Fiber One Bars, I also received a gift pack that contained a fitness journal, a water bottle, a pedometer, and a reflective bracelet. This was a great little push to get fit.

I enjoy snacking on fruits and vegetables. Fruits provide a sweet to snack on and vegetables a nice satisfying crunch.

Hmm...my favorite healthy snack would have to be Wheat Thins Reduced Fat. I love them with a little peanut butter, and sometimes their actually my lunch with some tuna. :)

I like grapes and almonds. I do often eat cereal and granola bars because they are so easy and convenient. I often eat them for breakfast.
