Sweet Potato Casserole!!!

This is the recipe for Sweet Potato Casserole. This is so good, I just had to share, sorry there is no picture, Christmas Day was a little hectic here.

Preheat oven to 325.

Mix:
3 cups of sweet potatoes, boiled until soft.
1 cup of sugar.
1 tsp. of vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk.

Pour in Casserole dish.

Mix:
1 cup of flour
1/2 stick of melted butter
1 cup of brown sugar

Once this is mixed add in 1.5 cups of chopped pecans.

Add this on top of the first layer, this will become a crust on top.

Bake for 35 minutes.
