Tasty Wednesday?

Okay, because I missed the recipe on Tuesday, I wanted to post one for you today. I got this recipe off of the back of the Lipton Onion Soup Mix box. I tried it tonight, and it was so good.

Onion Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4 Medium all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks (about 2lbs.)
1/3 cup of Olive Oil.
(The only olive oil that I had was the cooking spray, so I sprayed the bottom of the dish, and the potatoes well, and it worked great.)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425. Combine all of the ingredients in a baking dish.

2. Bake for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender golden brown, stirring occasionally.

**This really was a super easy, super yummy recipe.**

Yeah, I tried this once and mine didn't turn out to look as good as yours! haha. The cooking spray idea is better than the olive oil I think. I'm gonna try that next time.

love ya,

I took your advise and used the spray instead of the olive oil..worked great :)

We'll definitely make these a regular at our table..Thanks again!
