Frugal Vacation Part II.
Food is the most expensive expense, but activities can be a close second. On our vacation we decided to splurge on one activity, we went to the aquarium. This was so much fun and the kids had a blast. As for the rest of our time, we built sand castles, looked for sea shells, went for walks on the beach, flew kites, and played in the hotel pool. The kids loved being on the beach, and it was free. My suggestion for activities would be to plan one big activity, and then take advantage of all of the free things your vacation area has to offer.
