Or at least that is what I am calling it. This super cute little number was so easy to make. I got the idea from the tutorial
here. However, I tweaked it a little.
You have seen this material before, it was the one I used to make a skirt for my oldest daughter
here. I had a little left over, and did not want to waste it, because it is so cute. This project used up the rest, and now E has another cute dress!!
