Garden Update!!

If you remember my post about the "trash can potatoes", when they started out they were little potatoes that were comply covered with about an inch of dirt.  Wow, have they grown!!  We had a couple of rainy days and they shot up.  This picture was taken before I added more dirt.  You are supposed to keep adding dirt and leave the top three or four leaves out, until the plant reaches the plant. 

To begin with I wasn't sure how it would work out, but it looks like we might actually have some potatoes from our little trash cans.
